Data Storage

All user data is stored locally on your device using Chrome's storage API. This includes:

• Temporary storage of video transcripts and generated summaries
• User preference settings
• Information about whether you've seen the pin recommendation popup

Third-Party Services

Our extension connects to the following third-party services:

• Groq API: Used to process video transcripts and generate AI summaries
• YouTube: To extract video transcripts and metadata

When using our extension to summarize videos, the video transcript is sent to Groq's AI service for processing. No personal identifying information is included in these requests.

Data Sharing
